I have lived here since December 2011, and my feelings haven't changed from my first visit. Actually, I am even more impressed by the things I continue to see and experience. The monthly newsletter informing tenants of the various activities being scheduled is great! Enjoying pizza, or a soda, or ice cream at the pool on occasion (for free) is nothing that I had even expected. The grounds are well kept, STILL, and enhancements continue to be made, like the new doggy stations that were recently installed throughout the property. Finally, the response that I get when I call the office or need a minor repair is immediate, no lie, IMMEDIATE, and I just love to see the security staff patrolling the grounds when I come home at 2:00 am from work! Obviously, the property management team truly cares about providing a safe, relaxing, hassle-free environment for their tenants. Once, since I been here, I received a notice that the noise level in inside my apartment was excessive, and to try and keep it down. Honestly, I didn't even mind. I had been watching a movie pretty late one Saturday night, with the AC running, and also had the oven exhaust fan on high while cooking, and hadn't realized how loud the TV was turned up. In any case, I really appreciated how respectful the request was. In order to continue to enjoy this lovely, luxurious, quiet lifestyle, we all must have consideration and respect for our neighbors. And, if I should ever need to make a call myself (which so far I haven't), I'm sure that the same courtesy would be provided to me.

This is the best little community on this side of town!, I could not ask for more, Superstition Canyon has the best maintenance staff always willing to lend a helping hand always on top of all request even change air filters for me!, they even supply the air filter! Office staff is great always feel very welcomed when i come down to their office. They even have a breakfast event every month that gives us residents a chance to get to know one another. I just love my apartment! very homely, I have my own covered parking spot, gated full time, gym 24hrs, beautiful pool to hang out in. Just the best truely!! Top on my List.

To be honest, we were a little apprehensive about the idea of apartment living at first, but not any longer! If we had known that a place like Superstition Canyon was an option, we would have made this decision a long time ago. It really feels like home, spacious, immaculate, extremely quiet, and we never have trouble finding a place to park near our main entrance. And, the spacious patio area is awesome, which comfortably fits our entire patio set (love seat, 2 large chairs & 2 side tables). The staff is very responsive to our requests, and most importantly, the property is completed gated! Neither cars nor pedestrians can enter without a key or access code. Finally, with a WHOLE WORLD of shopping just 2 miles up the road, the convenience that Superstition Canyon has added to our lives makes for ‘easy living’ at its best!

I have had an exceptionally positive experience at Superstition Canyon! I would not want to rent anywhere else!

When it comes to living here at Superstition Canyon I can't stress enough how much I appreciate our fantastic office staff. Kudos to Dave for always demonstrating excellent customer service. Our Home sweet home here at superstition canyon is clean, beautiful, and pleasantly friendly but most of our enjoyment while living here at superstition canyon is the hassle free care and attention my husband and I receive from managment. If you should ever have the desire to check out " Superstition canyon apts" be sure to stop in and say Hi to Dave he is one of a kind.

WHILE GETTING MY MAIL ONE AFTERNOON I NOTICED A YOUNG LADY WALKING TO HER VEHICLE THAT WAS PARKED IN "FUTURE RESIDENT PARKING". WHILE IN PASSING I ASKED IF SHE WAS CONSIDERING LIVING HERE. SHE SAID SHE WAS LOOKING FOR A PLACE AND JUST FINISHED WITH A TOUR. I PROCEEDED TO TELL HER THAT SUPERSTITION CANYON REALLY IS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO LIVE. THERE IS CONSTANT LANDSCAPE AND MAINTENANCE BEING DONE OUTSIDE TO MAKE THE AREA BEAUTIFUL. WHEN I'VE HAD A QUESTION OR NEEDED ASSISTANCE, DAVE IN THE LEASING OFFICE IS ALWAYS SO HELPFUL AND KIND. (I HAVE NOT REALLY WORKED WITH ANYONE ELSE IN THE OFFICE AT THIS POINT). IF I'VE NEEDED SOMETHING ADDRESSED IN MY APARTMENT I HAVE HAD FAST AND FRIENDLY SERVICE. ALSO, THE COVERED AND ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE IS WONDERFUL AND CONVENIENT. MY APARTMENT IS LIKE NEW, CLEAN AND HAVE GREAT FLOOR PLANS. IT'S A GREAT PLACE. I RECENTLY MOVED HERE FROM IOWA AND MY AUNT WHO LIVES IN GOLD CANYON FOUND THIS FACILITY FOR ME AND RECOMMENDED I TAKE A TOUR. I DID LOOK AT OTHER APARTMENT COMPLEXES. NO COMPARISON!
